One of the major tasks during the combat is to take off wounded soldiers from front line. Keeping in mind this prospect, a company called Vecna Robotics has made a model of the BEAR Robot. The Battlefield Extraction and Retrieval Robot (BEAR) to support US Army, will be remote controlled and rescue the wounded soldiers. The robot will be able to manage 500 pounds for 50 mins.

Robot’s upper body is hydraulic-powered and two free sets of tacked legs with dynamic balancing behavior (DBB) on all lower joints.
