This prototype of kangaroo like jumping structure is the project by Toyota. But as far as the jumping capacity is concerned it does not stand near anywhere to kangaroo. However, its ability to stand after jumping must be considered a great achievement in developing a two-legged robot in future.

This 3.3-foot leg droid performs the feat of 4 centimeters’ jump by bending and stretching its toe and another knee-like joint. In addition to the jump, robot is capable to run quicker and to walk on unpaved roads more smoothly.
