A new robotic cop has hit the streets of Hong Kong. Unfortunately, Robotcop the Third, which was built by researchers at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, isn't dispassionately chasing down criminals (or taking matters into its own hands and single-handedly cleaning up the streets of Detroit). Instead it's designed to teach kids about how to fight crime and stay out of trouble. Boring.
