Murata (Seisaku-kun) engineered by Murata Manufacturing is an absolute functioning of four types of sensors. Two gyro sensors keep an eye on angular velocity and inclination while a shock sensor perceives rough surfaces and an ultrasonic sensor detects barriers.

A PC through a wireless LAN connection controls this two feet rider. It is capable of following pre-programmed paths with maximum speed of 30 inches per second and can easily be manipulated back and forth. What more it can even poise while at a complete stop.

This might be world’s first bicycle-riding robot. For me it’s world’s perfect bicycle-riding robot.
